Munnar, the queen of hill stations is calling for a sensational new investment. A tourism village named “Mas Ayur County” is being developed in properties owned by Mas Group, at Chinnakanal, Munnar.

Located on NH-49, just few kilometers from Munnar enroute to Thekkady is this Tourism village consists of the existing Chancellor Resort, the new 3 star hotel block nearing completion, independent villas, apartments and Villaments. In addition to this the tourism village is designed with multi-cuisine restaurant, conference hall, club house, health club, Ayurveda centre, party areas, barbeque grounds, gardens and outdoor activities like fishing, trekking, rock climbing etc. The group owns about 500 acres of plantation comprising cardamom, vanilla, coffee, pepper etc. adjacent to the village.
